Believing in a positive, complete healthy lifestyle - of total living in all aspects of one's life - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each aspect affects each other and therefore works with each other. When a person has a cold, they feel down - their psychology is down. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel up beat, more efficient, and have the ability to more effectively handle life's ups and downs and ultimately get their most out of their life.
Our bodies are made to be active - be it on the farms or hunting. In the last few hundred years, more and more people stopped being as active, which the body requires for total health. We know more today about achieving physical fitness health than we have ever know before. We know about achieving total physical health in a faster, much more effective and safer way, and in much shorter amount of time. Before the farmer would hedge through his farm fields pushing his tow, that alone does build large muscles and good for physical fitness, but in the long run, very prone to injury and over exercise doing the same thing over and over again. Which is another reason people had such short lives. Nowadays, people know and understand how to have the correct physical exercise for the proper balance our physical bodies require. we, therefore, nowadays, are much more knowledgeable how to achieve our exercise and fitness goals, safely and in a much shorter amount of time.

I sometimes get personal training clients who tell me they have an extremely hard life. They don’t have the time, they’re too weak, they don’t have enough discipline, etc. I’ll never forget the day when I had a twenty one year old man complaining to me yet again about his appearance and how he was thought he was perceived to others, which was of vital importance to him. Then on the track surrounding the gym, he looked and stared with his mouth a little agape, and he couldn’t stop staring for at least twenty seconds, enough time for me to look and see a man in his forties in a wheelchair pushing the wheels to go around on the track, all the while smiling and laughing with his friend briskly walking by his side. I could tell all my client’s walls went down and he then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t believe how much he had been complaining when all the while, someone with less physical ability was trying and doing more than him with a smile – a cheerful, positive attitude. I never heard another complaint from him ever again! this video reminds me of that day, and I hope it inspires you, as it inspires me, and how much that day inspired my client to stop complaining, seeing what’s wrong, and to start trying and setting out for a goal with a happy positive attitude!
